About Ethan Thon
For Ethan Thon, home renovation has always been about more than just the tools and materials, it’s about building relationships and creating spaces that feel personal. He has a natural ability to connect with homeowners, listen to their needs, and guide them through the process with clear communication and genuine care. Known for his reliability and approachable personality, Ethan ensures every client feels confident and supported from the first consultation to the final walkthrough.
Ethan brings a strong work ethic and steady leadership to Reno Bros, helping projects run smoothly and efficiently. He believes that treating every home as if it were his own is the foundation of good business, and it’s a value he brings to every project, big or small. For Ethan, the reward comes in seeing the joy on a homeowner’s face when their vision becomes reality. That sense of purpose drives him to uphold Reno Bros’ reputation for professionalism, dependability, and renovations that truly make a house feel like home.
About Dustin Rogers
Dustin Rogers is the co-founder of Reno Bros, bringing a unique mix of hands-on craftsmanship, technical expertise, and project management experience to every renovation project.
After high school, Dustin attended trade school for Industrial Electrical Maintenance and spent roughly seven years in the field, gaining valuable experience troubleshooting, repairing, and improving complex electrical systems.
In 2014, he answered a higher calling by joining the United States Marine Corps Reserve, where he proudly served for six years. The discipline, leadership, and attention to detail he developed there continue to shape how he leads Reno Bros today with a focus on precision, accountability, and doing the job right the first time.
During his service, Dustin transitioned into engineering in 2019, where he managed large-scale projects across a 250,000-square-foot warehouse from equipment installations and power and data drops to HVAC duct relocations. During this time, he developed strong skills in AutoCAD design, project management, and leading both CapEx and OpEx budgeted projects.
As a Certified Home Inspector, Dustin brings an added layer of expertise to every renovation, ensuring that projects meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and craftsmanship.
Through Reno Bros, he combines his technical background and passion for improvement to help homeowners across Middle Tennessee transform their spaces with confidence and care.
